Use my seasoned experience with video, embedded hardware, software, and FPGAs to help you:

· Evaluate different system-design approaches and partitioning between hardware, software, and FPGAs or other devices.

· Add a short-term resource to a new project – hardware design, software design, or FPGA verification or design.

· Solve the following common FPGA problems:

o Develop specific verilog modules, testbenches, and/or interfaces including low-level software.

o Optimize your current FPGA design to meet timing requirements.

o Keep production running with conversions to different FPGAs & CPLDs.

o Convert from schematic-based or ABEL designs to Verilog HDL.

o Assist in prototyping your ASIC design with FPGAs.

o You need to re-spin the board with added functionality, but the original FPGA/ASIC designers are no longer available.

o The ASIC that you use on your board is either going to be obsolete or no longer cost-effective, and you need to re-spin the board with an FPGA.

I have 20 years of experience with programmable logic, and I am proficient with several programming languages, including Verilog HDL. I have many years of experience with the development of reliable embedded systems - microprocessor-based design, programming in C and assembly language, and FPGA/ASIC design.
